Noaa Neta Moatty is a multi-disciplinary artist and a graduate of the Faculty of Arts –HaMidrasha at Beit Berl College. Her practice explores the intersection of the physical world and virtual realms, creating digital and physical environments that examine the presence and manifestation of the body. Working across video, animation, drawing, sound, and installation, Moatty charts journeys through fantastic environments saturated with physicality, sexuality, and existential sensations of desire and missed opportunity.
In her works, utopia and dystopia coexist as a single continuum, forming seductive worlds that echo both loneliness and the distance between the subject and its virtual representation. In 2025, she presented her solo exhibition “NPC” at the Janco-Dada Museum in Ein Hod, which served as a visual diary of her navigation through virtual platforms named IMVU
