Alina Orlov

Alina Orlov was born (1990) in Soviet Russia, relocated to Israel at a young age and consequently moved to the USA for her Graduate studies.

Orlov delves into questions on gender, performativity, sexuality, mutable identities, and the quest for joy.

Orlov holds a MFA from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, USA (2020) and BFA from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem, Israel (2015).

Her work was featured in several exhibitions at key galleries and museums, including YARAT Contemporary Art SpaceSullivan Galleries, School of the Art Institute of Chicago and Rosenfeld gallery, Tel Aviv, Israel.
